One product, with the helpdesk, time tracking and invoicing, the knowledge base, single sign-on and the Jira and Confluence imports in it, at one price for each person who works on tickets. The people who raise requests never cost anything, however many of them there are. Bigger teams pay less per seat, in our cloud or on your own servers.

Bigger teams pay less

The same discount however you run it, hosted or on your own servers. It is worked out from the number of members, applies to every seat and not only those above the threshold, and needs no negotiating: it is what checkout charges.

Self-hosted licences are sold from 10 seats; a smaller installation is Community, and free. More people than the table goes to, or a question it does not answer? Ask us.

What counts as a seat

Active members are seats: Anyone who has logged in and worked on tickets in the last 30 days. Somebody who has not logged in for a month stops being a seat, and their account, their history and their name on every ticket stay. Your installation counts them the same way we invoice them, so the number on your licence page is the number on the bill.
A seat is everything: There is no additional cost for the helpdesk, for the knowledge base, for single sign-on or for anything else. An engineer and a support agent cost the same, and either can do the other's work.
Customers are free: The people who raise requests, read their tickets and reply to your agents never count, however many of them you have. This will not quietly change.

Coming from Jira Data Center?

Atlassian stopped selling Data Center to new customers in March 2026 and ends support in March 2029, and its 500-user tier now lists at $59,000 a year. The same five hundred people on a self-hosted Alba Ticket licence cost $19,500.00, and the import brings every key, comment, workflow and attachment with them.

Half price on every plan, hosted or self-hosted, for registered charities and schools. Ask us and we will send you a code to use at checkout.

Free for public open-source projects. Tell us where the repository is and we will send you a code.

Switching to us

Already paid for the system you are leaving, whichever it is? Alba Ticket is free until that contract would have renewed, up to twelve months. Send us the renewal date and you start paying then.
